Paying homage to the big yaller truck

Crazed Ramblings from my Mind:

I am so happy this is a four day weekend for me. That gives me plenty of time to catch up on all my reading and even work on a few of those projects. I wrote my second speech that's due on September 9th today so I'll have plenty of time to perfect it. Hopefully I'll get an A on the project. Maybe I should keep my fingers crossed for good luck, too.

Right now, I'm running back and forth between here and the living room. Matt and I are watching Stephen King's Creepshow. It's got to be the campiest horror flick I've ever seen. One of those "so bad it's good" things. Stephen King books on tape are good, I do like those. My favorite thing about Stephen King novels has never been the horror. None of that is really scary. Instead I've always been fascinated by the myriad of obscure facts he sprinkles throughout his writings. If I had to pick a favorite, it would definately be Tommyknockers. That is such a cool book.

Okay here are the Chicago pictures. The group consisted of me, Matt, Rachel, and Ian. Two guys, two girls, one city. Something tells me the odds were in our favor.

Strange Museums Around the World
  1. There's the Toilet Seat Art Museum. I bet they'd make great wall decorations.
  2. And the Art of Menstruation Museum. The comments are wonderful!
  3. The Lovely Toilet Paper Museum. Now there's an educational experience for a sunday afternoon.
  4. Also there is the Mutter Museum of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I plan on us taking a vacation to see that one day.
  5. And finally, The Chocolate Cat, which unfortunately isn't a dessert site.

Fact! Opinion! Whatever!

Yeah, well, I'm feeling lazy today. So, I'm going to stop here. Think of it as me enjoying my 4 days off. Or think about me sitting here studying five subjects for hours on end. Yeah...think of that second one. It makes me look better.
