Crazed Ramblings from my Mind:
I have a new section under construction. It's going to be a tribute to the greatest show ever invented by
American minds, Mystery Science Theater 3000. (MST3K to us MSTies) It should be up in the next few days under the heading
"Next Sunday A.D." on the navigation bar at the bottom. Speaking of which, there is an on-line petition going around trying
to convince Universal to release MST3K: The Movie Special Edition on DVD. The movie was released back in the late '90s on DVD but it
had none of the features you would normally associate with DVD such as commentary or deleted scenes. Also, it's already out of
print and can't be found for less than a hundred bucks. Please take 30 seconds of your time to sign the petition
if you haven't already done so. I'm signature #79 and Matt is signature # 80 if you're interested in seeing what we wrote.
College starts in 15 days, and I think I may have found a really easy job, too. It's in the child development lab at the
college, and since that's the course I'm taking, working there a few hours a week should give us some extra money and help my
grades. Woohoo! I like it when two good things happen at the same time. I'll know in a few days if I have the job or not, until
then, I'll just have to keep my fingers, toes, and ears crossed.
I've added another review to my review page. Matt and I watched What Lies Beneath for the first time last night. Go check
out my opinion of it!
Oops! Matt accidently erased my guestbook entries. So, if you've already signed, or even if you haven't, please sign my guest
book (again). Thank-ya Sparky. Oh yeah, just for fun, try to find the two hidden surprises he left for me somewhere on that
page. They're pretty funny. Let me know if you see anything.

Fact! Opinion! Whatever!
Let's face it, our country is in bad shape. We started a war based on false pretenses just for the sake of securing oil fields.
We try to police the world but we don't even bother to keep illegal aliens away from the Mexican border. Our homeless, sick
and poor lay dying of cold and hunger out on the streets everynight but we give our time and money to other countries that
don't even acknowledge our assistance. And, we're broke. The National Debt
is over Six Trillion Dollars. That's 6 with 12 zeros
behind it. The dollar is weak, and is rapidly dropping in value. Right now, most people aren't too concerned because they
haven't yet been effected. The day is coming though when the bottom finally drops out. More and more people are going to be
laid off or fired in favor of cheap foreign workers and plants are going to be rebuilt overseas. As jobs become more scarce,
people are going to start saving their every dime instead of putting the money back into the economy to keep it going. Let me
give a simple example. I work and make $50 a week. I spend $5 on a movie and $10 on a nice restaurant. There's $15 back into
the economy. The theater and restaurant can stay open, the people they've employed can keep their jobs. Right now, there is a
small movement to have any extra money converted into gold and silver.
No matter how low in value the dollar becomes, precious metals will still be accepted anywhere and unlike paper money there
isn't much worry that they'll go down in value. As usual, if anyone would like to comment on this I'd like to hear from you,
whether you agree or not. Just send me an email with "money" in the subject so I'll know that you read this rant. If I get
any comments I'll put them on the next Huluhae.
Here is an extra--but very important--link to go along with my rant.
Richard Russell is the author of the article on Overthrow. He's been a financial advisor for years, has written at least one
book and has written the Dow Theory Letters since 1958. In other words, the guy has seen and lived through a lot, and he
recognizes what's going on with our market.
